TRACKING- Once we drop packages to the post office, the package is no longer in our hands. You can track it using the tracking number sent via email. For any issues with the delivery of your package contact your local post office. USPS Customer Service: 1-800-ASK-USPS.
FAILED DELIVERIES -Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.)
If a shipment is returned to us due to a WRONG/INCOMPLETE address you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.
WE DO NOT OPERATE ON WEEKENDS.
RETURN & EXANGE POLICY: Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Once your order is placed, PLEASE allow 3 - 6 business days for your order to be received. Orders are shipped via USPS and UPS Monday - Friday. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking info. PRE-SHIPMENT- This occurs when we've printed out your shipping label and prepared your package to be shipped.
